TC Bros. Customer Rides – a series dedicated to the fabrication ingenuity and creativity of our customers and featuring their rides they've shared with us.

 1979 Yamaha XS650 Bobber

Sent to us from Ron Burns of Franktown, Colorado.

In his own words:

"This is my 2nd TC Bros. hardtail that I've built.  The 1st one [silver XS650] you featured quite a while on your site.  This one is a different theme.  Both have TC Bros. hardtails, which I jigged, measured and welded with excellent results.  The silver one won 1st place in the Stage Coach show, which was largely Harley oriented.  It mostly won because of the hand work and fabricated parts vs bolt-on.

I recommend your parts whenever I can, because of the precision.  Both engines have been rebuilt.
