Gift Card Terms and Conditions

General
- These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, issuance, and use of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by TC Bros. Choppers, LLC. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- These Terms are subject to change without prior notice, and the most recent version will be posted on TC Bros. Choppers, LLC's official website.
Gift Card Purchase and Activation
- Gift Cards must be activated at the time of purchase before they can be used. Activation typically occurs once payment is processed and the Gift Card is issued.
- Gift Card denominations are predetermined by TC Bros. Choppers, LLC and will be clearly communicated to customers at the point of purchase.
Gift Card Redemption
- The Gift Card balance will be deducted for the value of the transaction at the time of redemption. If the transaction amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Expiration and Validity
- Gift Cards issued by TC Bros. Choppers, LLC may have an expiration date as allowed by applicable laws and regulations. The expiration date will be clearly stated on the Gift Card or communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
- Expired Gift Cards will no longer be valid for redemption.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
- Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to safeguard the Gift Card.
- TC Bros. Choppers, LLC shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
Returns and Refunds
- Refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card will be issued back to the original Gift Card, if available. If the original Gift Card is unavailable, the refund will be provided through an alternate method at TC Bros. Choppers, LLC's discretion.
- If a refunded transaction involved a partially redeemed Gift Card, the refund will be provided back to the Gift Card up to the original amount paid with the Gift Card. Any remaining balance will be refunded using an alternate method at TC Bros. Choppers, LLC's discretion.
Compliance with Laws
- The purchase, issuance, and use of Gift Cards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. TC Bros. Choppers, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and associated transactions if suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of any law or these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
- TC Bros. Choppers, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
- TC Bros. Choppers, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice.
